People like choices.
It is undeniable how we have become a society yearning to make a choice, instead of being spoon fed advertisements. We have united on Social Networks to initiate a new generation that combines all generations before its time by voicing our thoughts, opinions and needs together, one of them being that we actually want to connect with others online, and not be bombarded by advertisements.
This means that when your business is representing itself on Social Networks, you need to be social and interact with people who have decided to join your community, remembering that your pages are in fact public and the chances of your business’s name being found in search on a social network in a high ranking, will be dependent on whether you are actively engaging or not.
Websites are where your advertisements need to be, and even there it is becoming evidently more social as well. Remember you can sell something with some social wording and a friendly attitude. Always take some time to word what you are trying to say and remember to always, ALWAYS put your customer first.
